I am Pradnya Punekar, founder of Katha-Stories Unheard(www.kathaoffbeat.com) and a seasoned human resources professional with 12 years of corporate experience with top global organisations, with a experience in varied areas of HR. I am passionate about creating vibrant communities and empowered teams. I am also the winner of an international beauty pageant in the year 2017 and have had wonderful opportunity to work on some of the most creative projects from the fashion industry.

I have recently founded Katha-Stories Unheard(www.kathaoffbeat.com) in Feb'20 with a aim of celebrating the courage,determination and reslience  of women entrepreneurs running businesses and women achievers, many of whose stories are generally not in the media spotlight. And build a platform for women who can inspire ,learn, mentor and grow from each other's successes ,trials and tribulations. We envision to Inspire, empower, develop, celebrate and transform women community around the world.

So far we have published 10 inspiring stories of women entrepreneurs from various industries, and also launched a initiative named "HER Shakti" which is a inspirational talk series which features inspiring women from all walks of life. I am now introducing a new segment which is a conversational interview series. It aims to bring forth inspiring conversations with inspiring entrepreneurs,leaders and achievers from around the world where we talk about business, startups and various other aspects of life.

I also conduct inspirational interveiw series for Garje Marathi Global.
